Instead, we are 3rd year TESL students of University Malaya Kuala Lumpur. This is not our first time in writing a research paper but we are still lacking in doing this. Therefore, in this Instructional Technology course, we are required to solve some problems in this world by using certain tools regarding to instructional technology. However, there are many kinds of problems in this world and sometimes, they really burst our head off. What we will do now will be SMILE and PROGRESS.
Firstly, when we speak about PROGRESS, we have to find a problem and solution to it. That's the basic objective in doing a research paper. Since there are so many problems in our life, this is easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy.
